A Little Bite of Italy’s Chef de Cuisine & Pastry Chef is originally from France, classically schooled and trained in the Southwest gastronomic region of France and also, completed his pastry studies in Bavaria. They use only the freshest of ingredients grown both locally and from the New York Metro region.
A Little Bite of Italy creates a menu that offers classic Italian dishes, such as Veal Medallions with Wild Mushrooms with Homemade Tagliolini Pasta, with a mix of Mediterranean Seafood such as Paella, Bronzino & Grilled Calamari. In addition, they also prepare French Specialties, including Escargot, Fois Gras and Bouillabaisse. A Little Bite of Italy makes its own sauces, soups, pastas as well as all of our desserts, which include Italian & French pastries, various cakes, pies, Crème Brulee, Chocolate Mousse, Apple Tart, Strawberry Tart, etc.
A Little Bite of Italy is available and offers personalized catering services year round for all types of events. Their Gourmet Deli, European Market and Pizza are open daily throughout the year, whilst the Restaurant is open in March thru the late Autumn/early Winter.
